 1. If you are the moderator, it will prompt you for the "matter number."  We don't currently use this function, so push any number, then #.

*NOTE: The phone in the MOC team room is configured so that all you have to do is press and hold number 7.
As a bonus, doing it that way skips the loud automatic voice prompts.*
